Sellevate Work Tracker: privacy policy

Sellevate Pty Ltd (ABN 60 690 473 217, [email protected]) makes the Sellevate Work Tracker Chrome extension for its own operations staff, on company laptops. It is not offered to the public and does nothing until a staff member connects it to their Sellevate OS account with a one-time code.

What it collects

• Every minute: whether the computer is active or idle, and the website address and page title of the Chrome tab in front.
• Every 5 to 10 minutes, only from 6:45am to 3:30pm Pakistan time, Monday to Saturday: a small screenshot of the Chrome tab in front (not other programs).
• The device token issued when the staff member connects it.

Why

To record working hours and activity for Sellevate's operations team ("screen tracking by management"), which each staff member reads and approves once when they connect the extension.

Who can see it

Only Sellevate's founders, the operations manager and HR, inside Sellevate OS. Data is sent only to os.sellevate.com.au over HTTPS, stored encrypted, never sold, never shared with third parties and never used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Screenshots are deleted automatically after 30 days. Activity minutes are kept as part of employment and payroll records.

Turning it off

The founders or the operations manager can disconnect a tracker at any time in Sellevate OS; the extension then stops sending anything. Staff with questions can write to [email protected].
